Lua NYAN CAT GAME for TI-Nspire OS 3.0.x made by Levak [http://levak.free.fr] 08-15-2011 Aim : Eat Candy !! Avoid vegetables !! GamePlay : Basicly, Nyans is the distance that your Nyan Cat travels. Each candy increases randomly your score. Each vegetable decreases randomly your score. You've got 5 lives. Each time you eat a vegetable, you lose one live. When You have no lives left, you lost THE GAME AHAHAHAH Controls : - Up / Down or 8 / 2 to move verticaly - P to pause the game - S to play sound through serial port - Ctrl+? for a graphical help Pleasure : 7 memes have been introduced in the game. Find them all ! (not pokemons) Info About the Sound : The sound is only an experimental additional gameplay and slows down the game. Use only if you want to have a moment of real pleasure, but not too much since the nyan cat song has been reproduced note by note with a loooooooot of patience. Use the Tx and Ground pins of the serial port (at the bottom of the Nspire). - Tx is the 4th pin from the left when the dock is in front you - Ground are the two long pins (n°5, n°22) Use a speaker to listen correctly the sound and avoid piezzo. You can found speakers in old computers or in sound toys (or even in stores :D) PS : my High Score is 2667 :D Disclamer : - This game has been designed for TI-Nspire CX. It may appear unplayable on non-CX due to screen deficiencies, and unplayable on TI-Nspire Computer Software due to the speed factor difference. - This game promotes the consumption of candy, which is not good, don't forget to eat 5 vegetables and fruits per day ;) - The Lua interpreter has some lacks in memory managment. This game uses a lots of ressources simultaneously. Your TI-Nspire may slow down if you play too much to this game, although I took care of this problem in the source code (memory optimisations and clean out)
